Cancellations & Returns

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided:
(a) we receive notification from you via email to [email protected] and within 14 days following the date of confirmed delivery of your order;
(b) the returned product(s) is unused, with any seal intact and any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. 

You are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product as well as risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. We recommend you take out proper postal insurance to cover the total value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights where we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed, in which case we will pay costs associated with the collection and return of the product in accordance with this policy and that are proven to be faulty or misdescribed. This does not include incidences where incorrect input of product data on our website by you has resulted in your receipt of an incorrect product or quantity. In this case you have the right to request cancellation of the order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with this policy.

We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights, and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
