Delivery Details
The costs of delivery quoted include delivery to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands), Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Anglesey. For destinations not listed here, please contact us.
The majority of orders are currently being delivered within 5 business days of acceptance of your order, except where indicated on store webpages. However, during peak periods or periods of adverse weather conditions, economic crises or other conditions beyond our control, this may be extended.
Special Requests
Shipping is never an elegant topic to chat about, so we’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible. However, we realize this isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” scenario. Please contact us if you have any special requirements or needs. and we’ll try our best to accomodate.
Click & Collect
To avoid paying shipping, you are also welcome to collect your purchase(s) in person. Collection is available from The Cellar, our shop and wine bar in Chippenham SN15 3WL in North Wiltshire. Simply choose the click & collect option at checkout. We will contact you via email to confirm a date and time for collection. Please note, you are responsible for all costs incurred in the process of collecting your order. We cannot be held liable for any costs, travel or otherwise, that arise in the collection of your order.
From time to time, we also participate in events and festivals throughout the UK and will make available a click & collect option for the specified location.
