Cinética Tinto

Cinética Red is the result of grapes from small vineyard plots located on terraces in the Pinhão River Valley, on shale soil, poor in organic matter. Aged for 12 months in new and used French oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in stainless steel vats.

Ruby red colour, on the nose, aromas of deep red fruit and rockrose stand out. On the palate, voluminous black fruits and elegant tannins, fresh with lots of texture. Good intensity, medium acidity and a long finish.

Food Pairing: Sophisticated and elegant, this wine pairs well with game meats, , grilled steak, a roast chicken or hearty vegetable dishes.
