From zesty and tropical to mineral and elegant, you’ll taste six standout wines side-by-side and learn what makes each style unique. We’ll talk terroir, regions, winemaking choices and flavour profiles — giving you the confidence to spot your favourites and discover new ones. Join Bryan and the team each Wednesday for a selection of open bottles to taste and to “try before you buy”. Some weeks will be a theme, others will just be a selection, but it’s a great opportunity to taste new wines, learn about the regions and producers, ask questions, and find something new to take back to the bar or enjoy at home.
