Catalan Tapas Night at Wine Monkey
Join us for the first in a new series of collaborative dining events with The Duke Hotel, Hilmarton and Wine Monkey. For opening night, head chef Matteo presents a Catalan-inspired menu paired with wines from the Roussillon region in French Catalonia, closely tied to Bryan’s wine journey.
An evening of Mediterranean food, wine and culture awaits, with bold flavours, warm hospitality and thoughtfully matched wines inspired by the villages and vineyards of Catalonia.

Some weeks will be a theme, others will just be a selection, but it’s a great opportunity to taste new wines, learn about the regions and producers, ask questions, and find something new to take back to the bar or enjoy at home.
