Sicilian Supper Club at The Duke Hotel
We are incredibly proud to announce a new collaboration between The Duke Hotel and Wine Monkey — born from a shared passion for honest hospitality, beautiful food, exceptional wine, and above all, supporting small independent businesses like ours. This menu is especially close to Chef Matteo’s heart, celebrating his Sicilian heritage through a tasting experience of traditional dishes and flavours from the island. Alongside the meal, Bryan will guide guests through a pairing of premium Southern Italian wines included in the price, carefully selected to complement each course and tell the story of Sicily through its vineyards.
