Mas Baux ‘Rouge a Levres’ 2022
Light pink, pink tea, elegant and fine complex with perfumes of vine peaches, notes of rose water, rice powder, crushed and lilac raspberries. The mouth is feminine, gourmand, round and fragrant, it makes dream by its captivating notes of ripe cherry and essence of violette that recall the refinement of a great perfume. Fruity and floral, with a final while freshness and length.
Le Rosé Chêne Bleu 2021
An elegant blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 14% Mourvèdre and 6% Rolle. this is a fine-textured rosé which is made via a process of short maceration. Pale pink lychee colour in the glass, rich and intense on the nose with citrus notes and complex aromatics of red fruits following through on the beautifully balanced palate.
Leslie’s Reserve Rosé, Balfour Winery
A traditional method sparkling, Leslie’s Reserve Rosé is an exploration of Kent’s wonderful and varied terroir. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, Leslie’s Reserve is dry yet bursting with Kentish raspberries and wild strawberries.
