Catalan Tapas Night at Wine Monkey
Join us for the first in a new series of collaborative dining events from The Duke Hotel, Hilmarton and Wine Monkey. For the opening night, head chef Matteo presents a Catalan-inspired menu paired with wines from French Catalonia’s Roussillon region, closely tied to Bryan’s wine journey.
An evening of Mediterranean food, wine and culture awaits, with bold flavours, warm hospitality and thoughtfully matched wines inspired by the villages and vineyards of Catalonia. £60 per person.

We are hosting SIN Nights to recognise all the hard work that our friends in the industry do day-in and day-out. You work hard looking after others, so bring in your coworkers and let us look after YOU for a change! Bring your ID and payslip or other proof you work in the industry.

Join Bryan and the team each Wednesday for a selection of open bottles to taste and to “try before you buy”. Some weeks will be a theme, others will just be a selection, but it’s a great opportunity to taste new wines, learn about the regions and producers, ask questions, and find something new to take back to the bar or enjoy at home.
