Terms and conditions

The “Travel On Us” offer allows guests to receive a contribution towards parking or bus travel when visiting us. By claiming the offer, you agree to the terms below.

Offer Summary
Guests visiting us may receive:
Up to £2 parking credit, or £2 bus fare credit per person.
This credit will be deducted from the final bill when the qualifying spend requirement is met.
The offer is a goodwill contribution and not a parking or transport service.

Minimum Spend Requirement
To qualify, a minimum spend of £10 per rebate must be reached.
The minimum spend:
Applies to food and drink purchases with Wine Monkey only. Not valid with The River Kitchen or Coffee Gems.
Is calculated before the travel credit is applied.

Proof of Travel Required
Travel credit is only applied when valid proof is shown before payment is completed.
Proof of travel must be dated on the same day and within 1.5 hours of your visit.
Acceptable proof includes:

Parking:
•⁠ Active or completed parking session in the MiPermit app
⁠•⁠ Parking machine ticket receipt
•⁠ ⁠Picture of parking machine ticket
•⁠ ⁠Charge on banking app

Bus fare:
•⁠ ⁠Paper bus ticket or receipt
•⁠ ⁠Contactless card charge on phone
•⁠ ⁠Bus app ticket app

We reserve the right to refuse credit if proof cannot be provided.

Credit Limits
Maximum one travel credit per table per visit.
Maximum value:
£2 parking OR £2 bus fare
If travel cost is lower than the maximum, only the actual amount paid may be deducted.
The travel credit:
Has no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be transferred to another visit

Timing of Claim
Travel credit must be claimed:
During the same visit
At the time of paying the bill
Credits cannot be applied retrospectively after payment has been completed.

Fair Use Policy
This offer is intended to make visiting the town centre easier.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse claims where misuse is suspected
Limit claims if the offer is being abused
Request additional proof of travel if necessary.

Availability
The offer:
Is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice
May be paused during exceptionally busy periods or special events

Combination with Other Offers
Travel credit:
May be used alongside other promotions at our discretion
Cannot be used with private hire packages, large group set menus, or third-party voucher schemes unless stated otherwise.

Liability
We are not responsible for:
Parking fines
Parking availability
Transport delays or service issues

Guests remain responsible for complying with all parking and transport regulations.

Management Discretion
All decisions regarding the Travel On Us offer are final and at the discretion of management.
